Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.

If you received the wrong size or need to return an item, please contact us through the Contact Us page before sending it back.

For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned if the original hygiene seal or packaging has been opened or removed.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. The refund will be made to the original payment method.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos.
